Our learning platform saves your progress as you go, so you can work through the course at your own pace.

Epilepsy and you is an online course that gives people the skills to manage their epilepsy.

During the course, you will:

  • Become an expert in your own epilepsy
  • Gain new skills
  • Make real changes to help you manage your health and wellbeing

Who is the course for?

This course is for adults living with epilepsy in the UK, who want to develop the skills to manage their epilepsy.

The course is designed to be done over 8 weeks, taking about 2 hours per week. You can do it at your own pace though, completing it quicker or taking longer than 8 weeks.
