Wellbeing is all about feeling good and functioning well. It is about looking after both your body and your mind – your physical and emotional health.

Living with epilepsy can have an impact on your everyday life. It not only affects your body, but it can also affect your mood and how you feel about yourself. By learning how to manage the impact of your epilepsy, you can take steps to improving your overall wellbeing. This online course has simple information and covers easy steps you can take to help you do just that!
