My name is Nicole Boren. I live near Bath in Somerset.
I was diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy 22 years ago. My seizures are ongoing, but less frequent since having brain surgery 5 years ago.
I’ve been a media volunteer with EA for the last 14 years helping to promote public information and raise awareness. I also volunteer at the Citizens Advice Bureau. I want to further my knowledge and continue to raise awareness about epilepsy as so many people know very little about the condition and how it can affect your life.
