Hi I’m Anthony Bartley I live in Newport which is no far from Cardiff.
I have had epilepsy for 23 years following surgery on a DNET tumour. My seizures are pretty well controlled but keep me on my toes when I’m tired etc.
I come from an education background, and most recently have been a casework volunteer for an education parental partnership service. Working with parents looking to gain support or additional support in a school setting.
I have always wanted to further my own knowledge of epilepsy and share that with people as there is either very little known, or common misconceptions get in the way of fact.
