I became epileptic gradually following an horrific bike accident in July 16, 5 wees in a coma and them months in rehab before coming home. Lots of lovely presents associated with that, including frontal lobe brain damage, inability to work anymore, the epilepsy and various unassociated issues including testicular cancer – which seems to have been treated but I’ll not know for ages.
I’ve joined because despite having been a science teacher I am remarkably ignorant, and very down after then last few years.
I’m looking forward to knowing more, although I do find some of the exercises stir up unwanted feelings and memories.
It seems a helpful and positive step – and I need plenty of those.
