I haven’t had a tonic clonic seizure in a few years and I was shocked at how difficult I found the act of writing and describing the sensations and experiences of having these seizures brought about. I became overly anxious and had a panic attack, this has highlighted to myself that I have not yet come to accept my condition comfortably.
