My name is Dave and I am 55years old. Like you, my seizures are under control (last one 11 months ago). I cycle to/from work everyday as I believe this has a really positive effect on my health and well-being. Does self-prescribing your Meds mean you are choosing what dosage you take and can that vary from day to day?
