I have focal motor seizures, which started out of the blue about 2 years ago. Was very challenging first 12-18 months as I lost my professional job and career. It is fair to say the meds are now helping as the severity of the seizures has lessened. Have good days and bad days- don’t we all… Looking forward to seeing what the course offers. It is a very steep learning curve and anything that helps with the self management can only bee good.
