I was diagnosed with epilepsy 2 years ago after 4 nocturnal seizures. I’ve just had my care taken over by a fab epilepsy CNS who recommended I take the course. I’ve been managing pretty ok up till now (apart from having a terrible memory) but my original neurologist wasn’t able to fully control my twitches/tongue biting and was reluctant to increase my meds. I’m now changing this with my CNS as I want to try to get back to driving but that’s nowhere near possible yet! I want to learn more about epilepsy and how it works for other people so I can learn how to manage this as well as I can. 🙂
