I wish I had had access to this course when I was first diagnosed last September. The grief cycle describes in many ways how I reacted. I hadn’t realised that the bargaining stage was a normal thing to go through. As my epilepsy was caused by surgery for a brain tumour, I went through a panicky stage of trying to find out how I could heal my brain. I’m still meditating and taking various safe supplements but view them less as a magic cure now!
