Hi I am Lisa, I had my first tonic clonic seizure about six weeks ago. I had been having lots of odd “deja vu episodes” over the last year which I put down to stress as I am a single mum of 2 girls who was working fulltime in healthcare during lockdown. I have since discovered these were actually focal seizures and not stress and have now stopped working for the time being. I am doing this course to understand my epilepsy and all the stuff that comes with it. Its nice to read these comments as I don’t feel so alone. 🙂
