Hello my name is Catherine I had a bleed on my left side of my brain, that has caused me to have simple focal epilepsy, I have had epilepsy for 2 years now , the seizures are not so long now I am on Lamotrogine and clobazon, Thing I struggle with is noises I can’t stand some noises they make me have seizures, I do have head phones for when I am out and think it may be noisy wish I new how to get out of this , I am lucky though I have a good husband who supports me thank you wish you all the best cath
