Hello All,
My name is Simon Privett and I am actually a new member of staff with Epilepsy Action! I was diagnosed with epilepsy many years ago following my first seizure in 1996. I suffer from Impaired Awareness Focal to Secondary Generalised Seizures. I am taking this course as I am keen to expand my knowledge of epilepsy and how we are all able to self-manage our condition. Whilst I know quite a lot about epilepsy, I am sure that I will learn more by taking this course – I am also sure that the benefits of this course can be applied to other areas of our lives as well and I am looking forward to managing my epilepsy and my life better!
