Hey everyone I am Elizabeth, I am 30. I had my first seizure when I was 18 months was not diagnosed until I was 4 years old. I have tonic colonics and absence seizures.
I have had lots of different medications. I have had a VNS now for 5 years which has helped a lot.
I have decided to do this course as I would like to know more about helping to control my epilepsy myself.
sorry I didnt put as much as everyone else but I am not feeling to great today and finding it hard to concentrate.
