I am Lydia – 39 years old with 4 daughters aged 14, 7 and 6 year old identical twins. I was diagnosed with suspected nocturnal Tonic seizures a few weeks ago following months of tongue biting at night and confusion in the day. My husband as also now witnessed what we think was a Tonic Clonic seizure as I was convulsing. I so far have only had sleep seizures.
I have been put on AEDs which I am trying to adjust to. I had a brain MRI which was normal and an EEG but waiting for results.
This is all a bit of a shock and I am hoping to learn more from the course.
