Hi
My name is Siobhan l, I’m 36, I was diagnosed with epilepsy in 2015. Cause was traumatic brain injury in 2010. Seizures have increased in frequency in the last 2 years and I’ve been having focal impaired awareness oness as well as grand maL which is new.
I’m currently switching meds so am in that interesting middle ground of being on 3 diff anti convulsant (can’t spell) drugs at the same time. Feel extremely stupid and frequently can’t remember the words for things. I’m worried about the impact on my ability to do my job. Trying not to let it stress me out, I’m doing all that I can to self manage in a healthy way- at least I think I am- I’m here to double check 🙂
